GREEN EGGZ AND HAM




- 1 bonfire
- 1 cast iron skillet
- 1 fork
- 1 jar of Brooklyn Salsa, THE GREEN
- 3 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
- 1 local red onion, hand sliced
- 1 large clove local garlic, whole
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 local jalapeno pepper
- 4 local yellow zucchini
- 6 farm eggz
- 4 strips of local bacon
- 6 local russet potatoes
- local sharp chedder cheese

Directions:
Get a bonfire raging and heat up a cast iron skillet. Get it hot. Heat the Grape Seed Oil. Add vegetables and a sprinkle of salt. Let sizzle for 3 minutes before adding the bacon. Sizzle until the bacon is crispy. Crack eggs over the top and stir gently while they scramble and flavors unite. Add a jar of THE GREEN and as much cheese as you want. Devour at will.
